The New York Yankees signed former Dodger Russell Martin today. There are no details on the contract yet. Russell did turn down a $4.2 million to stay in in LA, so there's a good chance the Yanks threw more than that at him.
It's gonna be strange seeing Russ in pinstripes. As much as I hate the Yankees, I still wish him all the best. Maybe Russell will get back to that 2007/2008 form.
