New Dodger Bobbleheads At BobblesGalore, Plus A Contest Announcement

With the baseball and bobblehead seasons about to start, I wanted to announce BobblesGalore's second year of sponsoring Dodgerbobble.com. We're going to hold bobblehead contests all year long, including one for the very first Dodger bobblehead of 2012, the Don Drysdale/Maury Wills dual bobblehead.  I'll have details on the contest next Monday.

Speaking of the Drysdale/Wills bobblehead, you can pre-order them now at BobblesGalore.com by clicking here. Dodgerbobble.com readers can save 10% on their order by using the promo code BobblesGalore10.

A couple of other new bobbleheads you can pick up now at BobblesGalore are the Forever Collectibles Matt Kemp and Clayton Kershaw bobbles, the same ones I recently posted. There were only 2012 produced of each and BobblesGalore is selling them for $21.95 or you can buy them as a pair by clicking here.

And finally, I would like to mention BobblesGalore also has blog. You can get all your bobblehead info and news there as well as site news. For the BobbleGalore Bobble Blog, click here.

  3. Speaking of Dodgers bobblehead related news, the Rancho Cucamonga Quakes just released their promo schedule for this season. Only one bobblehead on the schedule, a Quakes mascot bobble belly. The Quakes will also be giving away two Dodgers stadium giveaway items, Kershaw's replica Cy Young and Dodgers stadium replica. There's also a Quakes/Dodgerstown doormat giveaway that sounds pretty cool, but the rest is your standard giveaway items like a hat, cooler, magnet schedule, etc.

Not bad but not great either considering Dodgers fans are bobblehead crazy and they didn't even offer one Dodgers great bobblehead. Come on Bakersfield is giving away more Dodgers bobbleheads than the Quakes are, and they're not even a Dodgers minor league affliate.

    1. I saw that last night and I was very disappointed. Not enough bobbles, especially since their parent team is giving away so many. The Quakes are releasing their promotional schedule three weeks before the season starts? Isn't the point of a promotional schedule to entice customers to come to games? Had they released the promotional schedule a month ago like every other team, they could've sold more tickets. I don't get it.

  6. In all honesty most of the teams in the California league are pretty much giving away nothing, so Rancho's promo schedule doesn't look that bad compared to other teams. Still they're no where near as good as 66ers and Bakersfield.

Also garage sale night is the same night as Kershaw Cy Young replica night at Dodgers stadium...boooooooo!
