Here's another cool item from the
MLB.com Shop. A Retro Bobblehead from Forever Collectibles. It's a 7" bobble that has a retro look team uniform. Only 18 team got this bobblehead. These bobbleheads look nice, although I'm a little disappointed they didn't make a Brooklyn Dodgers version.
Just found your blog and what a great name and idea! I'm a collector of Orioles bobbleheads, as well as autographs, and feature them on my blog from time to time as well. I actually was working on a post about the 2010 O's giveaway bobbles, so will have to link to your blog. Keep up the great work.
ReplyDeleteRyan -Welcome. Sorry it took so long to respond(I was at work). Thanks for the link. Actually, I've got a post in the works for current Oriole and former Dodger Cesar Izturis' bobblehead.
ReplyDeleteI was at a pawn shop in Taos NM and they had a bobblehead just like that. i took some pics of it I will try to find them. the guy wanted $80 for it what do you think it is worth.
ReplyDeleteI Love This Game - I definitely want to see those pics. It depends on the year the bobblehead was made. Find out. If it's early 60's, then you could be looking in the $125-$200 range. If it's in good condition, it may be worth it. Make sure it bobbles properly. Check for chips in the paint.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, where is Taos in relation to Albuquerque? My parents are going there in June. They are flying into Albuquerque. I told them to go to an Isotopes game for me.
