What's Up Doc?

Congratulation to Roy Halladay on throwing the second no hitter in playoff history.

As much as I hate the Phillies, I do have a soft spot in my heart for Doc Halladay. After suffering for years in the Great White North with the Blue Jays, he finally gets a shot at the playoffs with the Phils. And what does he do in his first playoff appearance? He throws a no-no.

Welcome to the postseason Roy Halladay.

  1. I have to tip my Dodger cap to Roy Halladay. I think he's a very classy guy and amazing pitcher. Good for him!

  2. Agreed. The guy waited a long time for his opportunity to pitch in the playoffs. He showed us why he's one of the best pitchers in game, if not THE best.

  3. I agree. I hate the Phillies, but Roy is great and what a nickname.

Now I have to watch one of the longest tenured Astros to pitch next. I feel the same way about Roy O, even though he's no longer with the Stros.

Still rooting for the Reds though.

  4. DBG - I'm rooting for Cincy too, basically because I hate the Phillies. The two Roys are gonna be hard to hit though.
