Hmmm...interesting Pujols bobblehead replaced Trumbo. I wonder if that is sign that the Angels are considering Trumbo might not be a Angel for all of 2012?
ReplyDeleteAnon - Could be. They do have a few guys that can play the position. Trumbo could probably play some third base too.Pujols can also DH, so I guess they have some options with both players.
ReplyDeleteTrumbo is really bad (at least on offense .299 obp), and any position he plays is going to be fill-in. I just can't believe they have him slotted as their DH over Abreu. Abreu can't play the field but Trumbo can play both 3 and 5 positions, so seeing him as a DH when he loses value as one ( and can't hit) versus Abreu (who can hit but can't field) is bizarre for the Angels.
ReplyDeleteOn the Pujols bobble head, I was intriqued that they gave him a bobble head his first year, yes he is still the best single player in the game, however, he just signed this off season, has Jered Weaver ever gotten one?
And Alberto Callaspo is better at defense than Trumbo as well.
DeleteAnon - Yes, Jared Weaver has gotten a bobblehead. Barbie hair!
DeleteHahaha, Barbie hair for the loss. Wow I didn't even know he's been in baseball for 4 years yet. Since he has gotten one, it only makes sense to do Pujols, anything but another gnome bobble head.
DeletePujols bobble head is a must have. NEED.
ReplyDeleteJasmin - Agreed! I don't care if he is an Angel. He's the best player in the game.
DeleteJust released a picture for the Pujols bobble
