On August 30, the Dodgers gave away the tenth and final bobblehead of 2012. That brought the all-time count of Dodger Stadium bobblehead giveaways to 49. Below is the video of all of them including the giveaway dates.
Sorry about the lip smacking.
Remember, you can find the list of all 49 bobbleheads in the sidebar of the blog as well.
I like the Fernando from 2006. The eyes are really cool on that one.
ReplyDeleteThat was a good one. If you notice, its one of four Fernandos!
DeleteAwesome collection dude.... Where's the hello kitty bobble at??
ReplyDeleteI had that in the list in the sidebar for a while, but decided to remove it. I am sticking with players and personalities.
DeleteThat's awesome! One of the things on my bucket list is to get all of the D-Backs bobbleheads that were given out at games.
ReplyDeleteNot sure if you've seen this, but the DBacks website has a checklist with pictures. They call it Bobbleworld.

Vinny, kershaw, and the curtain call are my favorites
ReplyDeleteCan't disagree with any of those.
DeleteKershaw? Kershaw is one of my favorite players on the team, but I feel as if his bobblehead doesn't do him justice.
DeleteYa, I know what you mean, kershaw is just so awesome that the team could have made it a little better
DeleteThe Brian Jordan and Fred McGriff bobbles are atrocious. I also enjoy how Broxton's face isn't showing and his head is slumping in shame. In shame, he went to Kansas City.
ReplyDeleteFred McGriff is absolutely disgusting!
DeleteThe Fred McGriff is bad, but whenever I look at it just have to smile
DeleteYou should do a video on all of your bobbleheads, dodgers, minor league, non-dodgers, sga, store bought, etc. That would be interesting.
ReplyDeleteI will do that!
DeleteVin Scully and Matt Kemp Fingers to the Sky are my favorite.
ReplyDeleteWaiting for a second Kershaw and hopefully a Hanley Ramirez ICU.
Btw, did you attend all the bobblehead games?
A Cy Young Kershaw would be nice and I See You Hanley is a must.
DeleteMy wife and I have been to every bobblehead night since 2003.
I Been wanting to make a video 2.. I have all 49 bobbleheads 2 ... I need a book shelf like urs to display them

DeleteMy parents were going to throw those things away when they remodeled their place. So I took them and restored them. You could probably find something similar at a second hand shop or on Craigslist.
DeleteI was surprised to see no jackie robinson bobblehead. Do they only do the LA dodgers players?

Most of the time, it is something to do with the Dodgers affiliation. I remember for season ticket holders, they gave out some stadium seats figures (kind of neat actually.)
DeleteThis year, they had a Hello Kitty Dodgers bobblehead. And a few years ago, they were selling Dodger's Disney characters, Pop eye, and also Kermit and Piggy bobbleheads. What is the White Sox bobbleheads like?
Rachel Robinson has always said no to a Jackie Robinson bobblehead. They did give away a statue of him in 2004.
DeleteWhat sucks is that u see people with bags full of bobbleheads at game and they sell them on ebay. I can understand maybe two. Im a true DODGER fan. I got 34 of the sga. I think they gave out too many this year. They are slightly smaller. Especially lasorda and alston and the infield. Hopefully they do a Pee Wee Reese , Roy Campenella, a Piazza , a Maury Wills, Jaime Jarine the spanish commentator, a Waltor and Peter O'Malley. The O'Malley's are a must. Even a Ramon Martinez and the old man thats been throwing peanuts forever.
ReplyDeleteI can't see them doing anything O'Malley now that Peter owns the Padres.
DeleteThe old guy who's been throwing the peanuts forever is Roger Owens. He actually threw peanuts at my Bar Mitzvah 21 years ago! Look him up if you get a chance. He has a great website.
Ya, for the peanut guy bobblehead. I would definitely want that one.
ReplyDeleteI have a small collection and yours
ReplyDeleteIs amazing but they need a Steve Yeager or a dusty baker bobblehead
Is anyone interested in purchasing either a 2002 Hideo Nomo or a 2002 Betty Boop? I don't have the box, but they have been displayed on a shelf collecting dust, and I'd like someone to appreciate them. Let me know if you're interested. rightbench2004@gmail.com
